Shipping:
We aim to ship your order within 3-7 business days, depending on availability.

Delivery times may vary based on the courier's schedule and shipments to rural and remote areas may take longer to arrive.

Freight cost:
The cost of shipping can be a real challenge to an on-line business. We have reviewed many shipping methods and companies and we have chosen to use Aramex or Australia Post for all normal shipping. See following for different carrier.  We are actively looking for ways to reduce shipping charges.

Our freight charge is calculated on order for one parcel.  Orders with multiple parcels may incur an extra charge and you will be contacted.

Australian Orders:  
Use this web site for retail orders shipped within Australia.

Australian Orders - Except WA:
We use Aramex Couriers & Australia Post.

Aramex cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes
If you want delivery to a PO Box, we can arrange that by using Australia Post but, depending on your location, it is possible the Australia Post charges may require an additional payment.

If you want us to ship using a different carrier or a different service from Aramex Couriers or Australia Post, please email when you place your order and we will be happy to send you a quote for using that service.
